About me

As an outstanding teaching and school leader with 16 years classroom experience in both state and private sectors, I have decided to take my individual style of teaching and experience working with children of all ages to deliver small group and individual tutoring in a high-quality learning environment.

With over 20 years of teaching experience and a 100% success rate for entrance examinations, I’m honoured to receive this national acknowledgment.

After careful consideration, we have each made the decision to resign from our roles as Directors of The Tutors’ Association with immediate effect.We joined the Board because we care deeply about tutoring and wanted to contribute our time, experience and commitment to supporting the profession in a voluntary capacity.These were individual decisions, thoughtfully made, and they have not been taken lightly. We will not be commenting further on the circumstances surrounding our resignations, and we kindly ask that our privacy is respected.Although we are saddened that our time on the Board has come to an end, we are incredibly proud of what we have contributed to The Tutors’ Association. The last few weeks of summer can feel like a whirlwind — and before you know it, September is knocking at the door. Over the last 20 years in education, I've seen how the right kind of preparation doesn't just build knowledge, it builds confidence. That's what these sessions are really about.I'm running two small group workshops this August, and they're nothing like the revision classes you might be imagining. Every session is hands-on, creative, and tailored to the children in the room. I draw on what interests them, make the work feel achievable, and by the end, they're not dreading the next step — they're genuinely ready for it.Entrance Exam Prep runs Monday 24th to Friday 28th August, covering Non-Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Maths, English, and Creative Writing.
